However, you are not allowed to download, store, copy and distribute our content for private or commercial reasons without the express written consent of Pinpoint Graphics, the publisher of this website. If you like to negotiate a copyright agreement for the use of our images, please contact info@turtleshop.com. The team at Pinpoint Graphics is available to create some unique cartoons, greeting cards or illustrations for your individual needs. You may send as many postcards as you like.

What is a digital Postcard?

Our digital postcards consist of three components:

• Notification E-Mail:
  E-Mail without any attachments which is sent to the recipients in order to notify them that a digital postcard is waiting to be picked up. This e-mail uses the sender's name and e-mail address to make it obvious to the recipients who had mailed them.

• Postcard Reception Page:
  Dynamically created html page, capable of displaying multi-media elements such as graphics, music and animations. This page is stored on our server. It is only accessable for those who know the unique postcard pick up number that comes with the notification e-mail.

• Confirmation E-Mail:
  E-Mail without any attachments which is sent to the sender of a postcard. It notifies the sender that the recipients had picked up their postcards.

Terms and Conditions

Individuals, corporations and organizations are invited to use the services of this website without any charge. All images are copyrighted and may not be used for any other than the designated purposes. Licences for the use of our images on other publications are available. Please inquire before downloading any content of any kind.


1) Users are forbidden from sending our digital postcards to persons whom they don't know. (No unsolicited mail and spam!)


2) Users are forbidden from using false e-mail addresses. (Real Address Policy!)


3) Users are forbidden from using our services for unethical and unlawful purposes.


4) Users accept that the owner of this website does not make any warranties of any kind. The owner is not liable for any damages or injuries of any kind that may result from using this website and its services.
